Fall is approaching, and the kids are already heading back to school, but it means nothing for us who are already out of school. To commemorate this time of year, NECA did a "back to school" Gremlin a few years back, and you can get ahold of it easily if you know where to look.
This version of the Gremlin is based off, of all things, an old newsprint ad from when the movie was still new. Said ad is recreated for the figure, but in color, and it looks very nice. The rest of the packaging has a school theme, and all the graphics are pretty good, with a few references to the film. As usual, there's a few plastic ties to snip out to remove the figure, but that aside, it's easy to get all the stuff out.
