Description: "The mysterious Fantomex... villain or hero? Only he can decide!"

This figure includes a removable trench coat, two pistols with non-removable belt holsters, a Tales of Arnim Zola story featuring Beast, and a Build-A-Figure right arm piece for an Arnim Zola figure. The Tales of Arnim Zola story is part 5 of 6, and is a synopsis of the events that took place in the X-Men: Endangered Species storyline from Marvel Comics. The Fantomex figure also has thirty points of articulation. His coat is a repaint of the Captain America Legends Ultimate Nick Fury's coat from the Captain America film.

In the Marvel Universe, Fantomex is a man who was raised in the France of a virtual reality World created by a program called Weapon Plus. Weapon Plus has a department called Weapon X that produced other Marvel characters such as Wolverine, Sabretooth, Deadpool, and others. Fantomex was genetically modified in the World using Nanosentinel technology. Weapon Plus was revived by AIM (Advanced Idea Mechanics), and was used to create mutant-hunting agents. however, Fantomex (Called Charlie-Cluster 7 by his creators) rebelled against AIM and escaped, wounded, to Professor Charles Xavier's school. The ceramic plates in his mask prevented his mind from being read, and Fantomex told Xavier and Jean Grey (Another powerful telepath) that he was escaping the French police because he was the most notorious thief in Europe. He eventually gained the trust of Xavier and joined the X-Force alongside Wolverine, Warpath, Deadpool, Archangel, Psylocke, and X-23. Fantomex speaks with a French accent and claims that it is simply to distract his opponents. He is sarcastic and has countless mutant powers, some of which have not even been revealed in the Marvel comics. He uses two pistols and operates on missions that use lethal force to permanently terminate world-threatening forces. He has two brains and can cast illusions. He is a skilled marksmen and is also highly trained in hand-to-hand combat.

Reviews of Fantomex Toy Series
5.00 stars from BobTheEgg
This is a truly incredible action figure. I was one of the many fans who had waited years for a Fantomex action figure and this was so much more than I expected. The paint and detail is spectacular. The eyes are done beautifully with the rest of the face and head. Articulation is great. His pistols fit into the holsters perfectly and his trench coat allows a free range of movement that does not limit him in any way whatsoever. He fits right in with his X-Force teammates and can hold many of the weapons from other figures in my collection, such as Marvel Select Deadpool's pistols or DC Universe Classics Deathstroke's rifle, staff, and pistol. I paid $27 dollars for this guy after hunting for him for two months and he was worth every cent. If you see him for $30 or less, pick up Fantomex....[See More]
