Man, if this sure isn't a fun Doom Zone! Such a joy to play with in my youth; "Mighty Max Outwits Cyclops" isn't just among the best Doom Zones of series 2, but one of the best altogether.
The exterior is, of course, a Cyclops. With its singular horn and all, it conjures thoughts of a Ray Harryhausen creation; which is far from a bad thing. With its lumpy, ugly face of purple and green skin, bloodshot eye, nasty yellow teeth and worm-like tentacles sticking from its mouth; Cyclops certainly makes for a memorable if splendidly horrid toy.
