When ship worker Morri Bench was accidentally exposed to a combination of radiation and rare gasses, he was transformed into Hydro-Man! Able to turn his body into a water-like substance and project powerful blasts, Hydro-Man chose to sue his new abilities for a life of crime. Moving through small holes and cracks as easily as water, burglaries and other thefts became simple, and traditional jails couldn't hold him! Defeated by Spider-Man on several occasions, Hydro-Man has been known to team-up with other super-villains against Spidey.

Hydro man stands at 4.80 inches with articulation at the neck, shoulders, hips (full-range), knees, and waist. On the cartoon, Hydroman had the ability to control water and make it do his bidding so our Hydroman was given those massive clear blue arms and fists he liked to beat-up Spiderman with. They're sculpted so that they actually look like they're made of water and not just clear plastic, very well made.
