Spider-man has worn many temporary costumes over his long career, however, the Stark Armor has to eb my absolute favorite, I think that the waldoes (the little arms on his back, yes, they're called waldoes) are what make it so cool, like you finally have the sense he's a "Spider" man. This figure is everything Hasbro's Marvel Legends should be, modern, cool, and well articulated. That's right, well articulated. So, one day a couple of years ago, I was strollen through Wal*Mart, looking for something that would look good on my shelves. I passed by the rack containing the Spider-Man Origins toy line. And I promptly did a spit take. I echo Doc. Nightmare at how fast they got Iron-Spider out in toy form! And it is clearly a rush job of the highest catagory. The figure is very slim and looks like a gymnasts body, something that fits right in with Spider-Man. The figure features a massive load of articulation with each individual finger (save the thumbs) having movement. However, the joints are so insanely tight, I was afraid to move him to much for fear of breaking him. I'm amazed at how quickly (how soon after the Civil War comics came out) Marvel got this figure out. They must have been flooded with mail demanding this be made, and looks like it worked! Unfortunatey, this Spidey looks exactly like I expected, like a rushed job. This dude is freaky. Iron Spidey stands 6.25 inches, that's already way too tall for a Spiderman figure. And it's not like they can use the old "the suit adds a foot in height!" excuse like with Iron Man because Spidey's suit is skin-tight, not bulky at all.
