This version of Penguin is the best -- BAR NONE! Its molds have been reused in the 1990's Kenner Batman collection, Super Amigos, and DC Comics Super Heroes. This is the best example of Penguin as far as quality goes. The art work on the packaging is awesome, but what if they could've put the old classic art showing him with one hand on the hat and the other on the umbrella, but it could've still been the umbrella arm action, one way or another. Still, it's eye-catching art work! I've never owned a carded one, but a C-8/9 carded one will go between $35 to $100.00. A C-8/9 loose/complete goes between $14.00 to $23.00.
