The sculpt and detail on the figure is very good but the quality control isn't. This is the 2nd one of these figures I've owned and the 2nd one to have his left arm fall off at the elbow, the joint is broke, while coming out of the package. The paint on the figure is above average for NECA with good flesh tones and no paint rub or flaking. The pouches on both of mine were very loose as they simply snap/glue into the rubber belt they have on him. The Lancer rifle/chainsaw they gave him is okay but as usual it is slightly warped and made of pretty soft plastics. The figure advertises improved articulation but NECA's idea of articulation is a bit lacking. Sculpt: The sculpt is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! His face is PERFECT and looks exactly like the character, with all the right wrinkles and there's even his trademark scar. The armor his incredibly accurate and the pants are also great. The Lancer is great also and is made out of a thick rubber. The Snub Pistol is made out of plastic and looks great also.
Paint: The paint is also great and the armor is also amazing looking. There was no paint smudge on my figure and that proves how great NECA is. The lancer has blood splattered all over it. My only problem is the the blood is a bit bright.
