Young T-rex could possibly be the best figure in the JP line. While the electronic Tyrannosaurus was the right scale, it's color scheme is just horrid, and this is where yong T-rex prevails. The color scheme is quite similar to the one in the movie, this one being a peach color, while the latter being a tan color. As for the sculpt, it's nearly identical to the electronic T-rex, which is a good thing since the electronic has pristine sculpting. This is a high quallity figure that I extremely reccomend and a must have for JP fans....[See More]
I can say one of the best jurassic park toys ever made. it works grate has 2 cool actions.
it has dino damage on his side near his ribs. and when you pull the skin off his rips show.
also hold down his neck and his mouth opens wide. and you can grab a man.
it was made with rubber and fells like real skin. it has no mess ups the paint job is perfect.
it sells with in 16$ and some times jets up to 30$ but it is worth it when you get
it. it is a must have for a collection of jurassic park toys...[See More]
This is one of those figures that has me at a neutral stance. I love the sculpt and the coloring but I just think its to big. The adult rex is bigger yes but this guy still dwarfs every other JP figure.
Our little rex comes at a tall height of about 11 inches, pretty big for a youngin. He comes with two nifty features, Dino damage and attacking whatnot. The DD is your typical idea of it, put the piece of skin in, pull the piece of skin out. The skin fits in nicely and comes out easily. The attacking feature is very simple, squeeze the neck and the mouth opens wider, wide enough to grab prey. The sculpt has him in a weird pose, like he’s just standing there waiting for a bus. Like the other Deluxe Dinos, his skin is rubber so it actually feels like skin instead of hard plastic.

There have been quite a few T-rexes created in all the JP lines, from the tiny TLW Joiner T-rex to the huge Bull/Gulper T-rex, they come in all shapes and sizes, and are all quite detailed. However, most are not too acurate. That's where the Series 1 Young Tyrannosaurus rex comes into the picture! The Young T-rex has pretty much no flaws. Unlike just about every single T-rex its position is scientifically acurate Standing upright with its body balanced from head to tail. Perfect sculpt, which also matches the movie.
Other points of detail is its head. The Jurassic Park T-rex is capture very well with it. If you looks closely, you can see every little scale on its skin, which is "Real-Feel Dino Skin," meaning its soft, so the playability is almost endless. Its teeth are singely...[See More]
