Daughter of Team 7 veteran Stephen Callahan and apache woman Rebecca Rainmaker, Sarah inherited her father's Gen Factor and became able to control weather. She was taken by Project Genesis, but escaped and joined Gen 13, under the tutelage of John Lynch, a former teammate of her father.
