This is my take on Jason Todd. The torso is GI Joe Retaliation Zartan. The leg is from GI Joe Snake Eye. The head is from MU Patriot. The arm is from Captain America movie Red Skull. The jacket is from DC Multiverse Red Hood. The belt is from Dark Knight Rise Batman.

Great look for Jason, I love the Arkham Knight jacket but not so much the helmet so this is a good way of integrating that look into a modified Red Hood design.
