Lucky me, in The Netherlands some rare to find action figures are easy to get.
So I customized the Orc Lieutenant, for I have four of them and the posure of the figure is very useful.

On the page above I gave some making of's. After two years in the box, I finished him now.

The face is sculpted by myself. I made the helmet and shield. The sword was ridiculously long, so I clipped a piece out of it. And added fur, hair and made a repaint. Enjoy the pics!
