Oracle is the HBIC in the Shi’ar Imperial Guard. Her telepathic powers make her teammates uncomfortable around her, especially when they are bragging about their... kill counts 😂! Shout out to her ex, Flashfire.

Oracle is a repaint of Topaz from Ultra Force, a Marvel off shoot team from the 90s. Her paint is meant to be a combo of her three different looks since the 90s.
