This was the first custom figure I ever made, back in 2020. I've made small, static figures out of polymer clay before, and the amount of modifications I'd have to make to the sculpt weren't too bad, so I went for it! It's Shadow infected with the Metal Virus, from the IDW Sonic comics. The most difficult part was sculpting the pointy parts with apoxie sculpt. It was the first time I'd ever used it, and I work slowly, and it stopped sticking to the figure as well. I actually had to glue one of the spikes (on his rings) back on afterwards. Making his fingers end in sharp edges was also a bit tricky. I had to mix metallic acrylic paints to get the right shades of pink. Overall, I'm still satisfied with this custom, almost two years later. I really need to finish the other two customs I started back then too, lol.
