This was a fun one. I picked up some nail art spikes with plans to try Poundcakes down the road. They worked perfect for Quagmire. Used a vest and belt from Rage. Sculpted the bracers and front hair, the ponytail came from Loki. Craft foam wouldn't stay glued on the vest for the shoulder pads so I used a wide rubber band. I used a short curved length from the chain from Wildchild for the pieces under the shoulder pads. I really like how this one turned out.
