Spiderman's Classic cosmic variant remains unchanged for the game. Which makes sense. While each Spiderman had generally the same skills in the game, each one focused a little more on a specific style. Ultimate got the symbiote, so he was more heavy hitting. Noir was more about stealth. I think 2099 was more agility based, while Amazing was a bit of a balanced mix. Giving something of a bit of variety to how you played each. Classic was voiced by Neil Patrick Harris from the CGI Spiderman series. Enough to sound older than Ultimate, but still befitting of Peter himself. He faced off against Kraven and Sandman, with his final boss oddly being Juggernaut. For all options, I think that's the weirdest one. Spiderman has lots of great final boss options.
