He's been around a while so forgive my breif description, his head was a Batman figure filed the ears off obviously, and the body I can't remember, but there wasn't really any epoxy work just a paint job, and painting a straight line still sucks no matter how many times you do it.

very sweet GUARDIAN, right out of the pages of the comic. love PUCK too...it has to rank right there with the BEST I have seen of him for sure

Alpha Flight! The whole team used to be a bunch of Canadian comedy stereotypes, sadly. Right down to the midget lumberjack and Native American shaman.
