Victoria hand is one of those custom recipes I've seen quite a few times... so I am not sure who gets the credit for coming up with the idea.

She is a simple recipe. DCUC Zatanna with a vinyl skirt, vest painted white and red streak added to the hair. The glasses are from a pre-DCUC Clark Kent figure.

I love this. This is awesome and you gave me idea's for other female figures on the roster to complete. Your sets are pretty awesome. I like the emphasis on the 90's characters.

looks very nice, just curious, where is the seam to the skirt, on the right or the left( where the vinyl overlapped), and obviously u cut the back of the jacket also? sorry don't collect dcuc, so just going off pictures
