This Mystique was just a little head swap with her original ML series 10 figure to have the option of displaying her with different heads. I drilled out the neck peg on the original head, touched up the paint, and then I had an optional head for Mystique.

Update: I picked up another ML series 10 Mystique in a lot, and I used that head to make a third option for my Mystique. It is the original series 10 head with the new Mystique's hair.

Nice job, simple but effective! I did the same to mine. Except, I also transplanted the long hair from the new head onto an extra Toybiz Mystique head, for display options. That Madame Hydra face is just...bleh.
