Ant-Man's head, Boromir's hair, left arm of Super Patriot, Body of the Movie Punisher, right arm have no idea was just a generic limb so I painted black added a belt to give some kind of extra detail.

Belts are made from Deadpool's and Ripclaw's, leg pouch from Bullseye and the cable from his arm to waist is made from a 92' Apocalypse.

Mask drawn on with a toothpick (man I love those things. Just don't forget and reuse it after dinner...)

The Guns! the one on his back is just a generic M16. I couldn't find a good material for the strap until I was chillen with my brother and he said use a garbage tie. (Thanks Bro)
The gun on his chest is the lil' 45 Deadpool came with.
My favorite gun is the one he is holding. Again its just a generic M16 but I cut it down and cut off the stock took a knee joint from a fallen toy carved it into an 8 shape and you have "The Patriot". What is The Patriot you ask? It is the gun you get when beating "Boss" in "Metal Gear 3: Snake Eater". loved the name and figured it would be fitting for him to have it.
