Chester001 did a custom of Ravager using an X-23 base figure back in 2012 and ever since I saw that, I wanted to try the recipe for myself but didn't get around to it until now. So the base figure is an X-23, with the blades in the feet yanked out and the hands cut off and swapped out for hands from a Power Rangers figure. The head is from a YJ Artemis (inspired by Rexticon's Ravager custom), with the mask resculpted and the ponytail trimmed short. I sculpted onto her chest, seeing as how Ravager's more, uh, developed than X-23. I sculpted the sections on her arms and thighs and made an imprint on the sculpt with a pencil holder that has a criss-cross metallic mesh pattern, so I could approximate the chainmail elements of Ravager's original costume. The swords and the sheaths on her back were from a TMNT figure, with the straps made from black twisty wire. I painted the whole thing up and it was really hard to get the orange right. I'm probably most happy with the metallic blue of the costume padding. Thanks for looking!
