Kiyoshi Morales as Commander A showed up the Captain America Corps mini-series as the Captain America of the 25th century. Started with a Tron figure and proceeded to remove the helmet and head and a lot of sanding. Used a martian manhunter head and a lot of sculpting as the figure no longer had a neck. Then continued with some more sculpting here and there. Finally gave him a total paint job. Then added his energy shields using some clear plastic pieces and clear paints.
