Noob's a character I wasn't all that familiar with until MK9. Growing up he was always the shadow guy. Since then he's become one of my favorite villains in MK.

I'm not 100% sure but the body was a G.I. Joe Spy Troops Nunchuck with a 25th Storm Shadow head. The lower arms, legs, and skirt were from random fodder with the upper legs were from a Dark World Thor and the shoulder pads of and IM2 figure. Then it was just a matter of painting him up with some black paint. Other than Cyrax this was probably the simplest of all the MK figures I've done.
