Basically a repaint of the ML Cable to his more classic look. Sculpted his face to actually look torn. Added pockets, straps,and belts. Also the Shoulder pads from the Toybiz Cable.

Tecnho virus IS the skin. It is not under nor over. It transforms the skin to biorganic material.
