Full disclosure, this custom was totally inspired by the Scorpion custom by Shinobi/Shinobitron, so credit for the idea goes to him.

I've wanted a Mac Gargan figure for my Spider-Man collection for awhile now (especially since he's quickly become one of the few classic villains not to get a figure), but I'm not overly fond of his classic look and I only wanted to display one Venom. But after seeing Shinobitron's Scorpion custom, I was inspired to make a compromise between the two looks. Ultimately, I opted to replace the head and tail with those from the SMC Gargan Venom. Repainted the entire figure using a few different layers/combinations of various greens, reds, and a bit of white. Final custom fits in great next to my classic Venom, Carnage, and Scream figures.
