Reek
Star Wars - Saga (Hasbro) - Creatures
Rated 4.80 stars by Mr-X
The Nexu was one of three beasts used in the Arena on Geonosis for executions. It was a cat like creature that could jump long distances and used its sharp talons to kill its prey. It was also unlucky enough to be the first creature killed when Obi-Wan, Anakin and Padme tried to escape. Using his force powers, Anakin controlled the Reek, another creature, and trampled the Nexu while it stalked Padme. The creatures from SW have always been good, much like the vehicles. The Nexu doesn’t break this trend, it still came out nice and mostly scale with the actual figures. The only thing wrong with its scale is that it seems a bit to small not small enough that it really effects anything. Anyhow, the Nexu comes with several cool add-ons. First is its noise. Above the gash on its left side is...[See More]

Clone Trooper
Star Wars - Saga (Hasbro) - Sneak Preview
Rated 4.50 stars by Mr-X
Well folks, here I am again with a 50/50 stance on this figure. It has flaws yes but im a big fan of Clone soldiers and it was made before the second movie came out. I’m on the fence of whether I should forgive Hasbro for this guy. Maybe ill just let you, the reader, do the picking. Our CT comes at a little less then 3.75 inches. This is due to his sculpt which has him in a crouch/aim position. If you’ve ever seen someone kind of crouch down and aim a gun to shoot something a good distance off, that’s what this guy looks like. He comes with one item, well technically two. He comes with a blaster rifle and a blaster burst for the tip of his gun. There isn’t to much more I can actually say about him so its time to move onto his paintjob and articulation. paintjob really isn’t to bad, I...[See More]
Clone Trooper (Super Articulated)
Star Wars - Revenge of the Sith (Hasbro) - Collection 1
Rated 5.00 stars by Mr-X
The Clone Troopers were the faceless soldiers of the Republic Army. Grown on Kamino, they were raised without emotion to serve the Republic, no matter the order. This lack of emotion and sheer loyalty eventually led to the downfall of the Republic and paved the way to the Imperial reign, one that would last for over 30 years. The CT is one of those more simple figures. No fancy things, only one weapon and a simple paintjob. Though he is simple, he is one of the better SW figures. He comes at 3.75 inches tall and with one weapon. Really, I could end the review there, that’s it but I wont. The sculpt is done well on this guy, you can put him however you want. Since there are no items to get in the way of his movement, we are free to make him do whatever we want him to. There is nothing...[See More]
General Grievous (Four Lightsaber Attack!)
Star Wars - Revenge of the Sith (Hasbro) - Collection 1
Rated 5.00 stars by Mr-X
General Grievous. A deadly warrior and skillful leader. He held a great resentment towards the Republic for abandoning his world in their time of need. A shuttle "accident" claimed most of his body, what was left was found by Count Dooku and made into machine. He became leader of the droid armies and the killer off dozens of Jedi, one of the first non-force users to do so much damage to the skilled order. Grievous comes at again, the usual 3.75 inches tall and comes sculpted with all four of his arms extended. He comes with four lightsaber, a blaster and a feature. His feature is a "attacking" feature. When his head is pushed down, he arms swing up and down like he's in a dual with a Jedi or Jedi’s. All of his weapons fit nicely in his hands and can be changed accordingly. Luckily, his...[See More]
Commander Bacara (Quick-Draw Attack)
Star Wars - Revenge of the Sith (Hasbro) - Collection 1
Rated 4.80 stars by Mr-X
Commander Bacara was a Clone Commander serving on the cold plant Mygeeto under the Jedi Ki-Adi-Mundi who was in charge of the Galactic Marines. Though very loyal to the Jedi, when order 66 came in, he and his men opened fire on the unsuspecting Jedi, killing him. CB was one of the more interesting clones of the movies. This was mostly due to his interesting armor that he customized himself. The main changes were two armor plates put on the sides of his helmet along with a bigger mic on the side. Anyhow, BC comes at the usual SW height of 3.75 inches tall. He comes with three things of interest, a hand blaster, blaster rifle and quick draw action. The first two are self explanatory so ill move right onto the quick draw action. Its quite simple actually, squeeze his legs together and he...[See More]
Clone Commander (Battle Gear) (Red)
Star Wars - Revenge of the Sith (Hasbro) - Collection 1
Rated 5.00 stars by Mr-X
Like many of the new clones from Ep3. The Clone Commander turned out well. So well in fact that another variant was made of him in green armor instead of red. Anyhow, this review is going to be on the red CC not the green one(I never did pick up the green one). The CC stands at about 3.75 and comes in full battle gear. Just by looking at him you can tell he is a leader not just another soldier. His armor is more decorated and he has a special visor across his head to see the battlefield better. He also wears the CC battle "dress". He comes with a couple things of interest. The first is his weapons. He comes with the standard Clone battle rifle of course. He also comes with two hand blasters which fit in holsters on either side of his battle dress. All the weapons can fit in either hand...[See More]
AT-TE Tank Gunner (Clone Army)
Star Wars - Revenge of the Sith (Hasbro) - Collection 2
Rated 4.80 stars by Mr-X
With the release of SW Ep3, fans saw many new figures. A vast majority of these figures turned out to be new clones. Many of these clones were cool new releases, such as Clone Commanders, Special Commanders that were seen in the movie and other clones that weren’t seen but who played behind the scenes roles. As such, this review is going to revolves around one of the behind the scenes guys, the AT-TE Gunner. While not seen in the movie(at least not by me) he played a big part in the fight against the droid forces. The AT-TE Gunner comes at the usual SW height of 3.75 inches tall, the right size to fit in with the other SW figures from the same series and series of the past. He comes with three nifty features/items. One, he comes with a blaster and blaster burst. The blaster fits nicely...[See More]
Anakin Skywalker
Star Wars - Clone Wars (Animated) (Hasbro) - Army of the Republic
Rated 4.80 stars by Mr-X
Anakin Skywalker, hero of the Republic, gifted pilot and master swordsmen. ALong with his mast, Obi-Wan, he helped destroy the droid armies and protected peace throughout the galaxy, leading his Clone Troopers against the evil of Count Dooku. The Clone Wars series of the SW line was small, really small. There were maybe about 2-3 dozen figures and they all centered around the parts of the Clone Wars that were not in the movies but more in the comics and animated series. Such figures were Anakin, ARC troopers, Hail Fire droids and other animated characters like Durge. If you found many of these figures you were lucky, there weren't many and now they run for quite a sum of money, ARC troopers run about $20 for a 3.75 inch figure with a few guns. I managed to pick up an Anakin figure for...[See More]
Tie Fighter
Star Wars - Power of the Force II (Kenner) - Vehicles
Rated 5.00 stars by Mr-X
The TIE fighters were the backbone of the Imperial Military. Sleek ships capable of attacking most fighters, they did have downfalls though. In attempts to save money and to possibly deter any pilots from deserting the ships were devoid of life support, hyperdrive and landing gear. Sounds like the Imperials really meant business when dealing with their own men. All the vehicles in the SW line were produced well, both big and small ones. All of them were nicely detailed, fit to scale and had lots of playability. The TIE fighter here is no exception. Standing about8.5 inches tall at the tip of the wing, the TIE fighter is a nice size. It doesn't come with any launching weapons or fancy figures but it does come with battle damage. What I mean by this is the wings. Each wing is plugged into...[See More]
Speeder Bike (with Biker Scout)
Star Wars - Power of the Force II (Kenner) - Vehicles
Rated 5.00 stars by Mr-X
The Scout Troopers aka Biker Scouts. Lightly armored but still dangerous, these were the protectors of Imperial Installments and Scouts of new worlds. They traveled fast on their Speeder Bikes and used only the bikes speed, front gun and a small hand blaster to protect themselves. Throughout all the SW movies, ive always been a big fan of the Scout Troopers. They were always so cool, they rode cool speeders really fast and seemed brighter then regular Stormtroopers since most of the time they didnt get themselves shot...they just ran into trees. It wasnt until several years after I started collecting from the SW line did I learn that they were made as figures. I was a bit annoyed by this, by then they were all but gone. Then one day I was at KB toys and there was one, for $10!!! I was...[See More]
