Scut Farkus / Ralphie / Randy / Flick A Christmas Story (Neca) - Box Sets Rated 5.00 stars by wyLun this figure is.. what.. AWESOME.
I honestly purchased the whole ML line just for the Red Hulk! and it was worth it.
after puting all the pieces together it was beautiful.
Standing about 8 inches tall, it is one of the biggest hulks, yet not too big to be out of proportion like the Grundy figure from DC universe..
he has about 23 points of articulation to my count.. I honestly wish all the hulks were articulated like this buddy..
Ball neck joint, and the standard ML joints all over his body from the old Toybiz days.. its very rare to get a Hulk figure with a nice Ab/stomach cut joint.. This figure can move very well and is sturdy.. good for posing too.
Only minus side is that his hands aren't articulated.. but I rather have solid fists than opened hands like the ones of the...[See More]
Hulk (Savage Grey) Marvel Legends (Hasbro) - Fin Fang Foom Series Rated 4.50 stars by wyLun ahh. grey hulk
I gotta say, this is probably the best HML Hulk figure I ever had...
like always, this HML figure has all the articulation u expected from getting a hulk figure.. however his Abdominal/abs area thats a ball point u can say.. is very. very good.. most figures have it and it really means nothing, but this figure can basically do a situp lol like another other Toybiz ML that had a hinge Abs articuation... I was very impressed by that...
Paint - I love the ppaint job on this dude... very detailed. not just plain grey.. he got some shades of dark grey on him too.. nd I love the blue paints.. no purple for this dude.
Sculpt - I love the sculpting.. he looks madddddddddddd... hes bigggggg.. tahts the hulk.. he just looks scary wen u pose him standing straight up w/ his chest...[See More]
Doc Samson Marvel Legends (Hasbro) - Fin Fang Foom Series Rated 4.00 stars by wyLun FINALLY.. A DOC SAMPSON FIGURE!!!!!
where to start..
He's billed at 6'6 380lbs.. so hes a pretty big figure I guess at around 7 inches.
I guess hasbro has the idea of Mattel w/ their figures.. just enough articulation... to my count he has about 20 POA, pretty similar to any hasbro marvel legend... a little restriction on the legs tho.. might take some points off for that.. however. it is our first ML Doc sampson so I'll take it.
over all I think this figure is OK.. the legs being less articulation kinda bothers me... basicaly the same POA as the HML Namor, but namor legs were better.. but I can't helpt that fact that it is doc sampson and I'm pleased to have him...
I think hes fairly sculpted good.. nice big arms, looks like a mother***** u don't wanna mess w/
paint looks good...[See More]
Iron Monger (Super Fist Smash) Iron Man - 2008 Movie (Hasbro) - Basic Series Rated 4.00 stars by wyLun Finally I got my hands on the new MOnger figure.... first off. totally better than the first piece of %#&*!!!!
this one sports a better paint job over all.. w/ silver instead of that dark ugly gray
NO MORE PUNCHING ACTION!!! we are gifted with a great plain figure that has a removeable cockpit!
the figure has about 18 POA to my count.. just enough. the LEGS ACTUALLY MOVE!!! at the hip with a ball like joint.. everything basically the same to any other Hasbro figures POA except... no head movement at all on the robot head... iunno why. just probably too lazy to do it w/ the whole thing coming off nd what not..
the cockpit comes in two parts with the chest and the head that snap on to the back and front w/ a hing like movement so it can come up and down. and the two parts connected...[See More]
I almost picked this up the other day, but I thought it was just way out of scale with ML figures and the other Iron Man figures as well.
Batman (Masked) Dark Knight - Movie Masters (Mattel) - Series 1 Rated 4.00 stars by wyLun OK, so I justgot the new Dark Knight figure.. much to talk about
first of all.. this figure IS, 6 inch scale! and not 5 inch, which means bette POA!!!
much more like the DC universe figures.. all the same articulations.
however, when I stand them up w/ the restof the figures, it may seem alittle smaller like the Hasbro Ironman Line.. however he is bulky and buff like the regular 6 inch figures.
if anything, it is more in scale in life because if you think about it this way, Superman and Capt America are like 6'2 220lbs... CHRISTIAN BALE as batman is like.. 6'0 200lbs? then these figures look the right size then! lol. thats how I see it and it gets me through...
the figure is extreeemeelly detailed, the batsuit looks awesome.. the new batman movie is going to be awesome.
the...[See More]

Iron Man (Mark I) Iron Man - 2008 Movie (Hasbro) - Basic Series Rated 4.00 stars by wyLun I just finally got my Iron Man Movie Mark 1 Figure in the mail from Hong Kong yesterday! so lets begin.
The figure was off the start ALOOOOOT smaller than I thought it would be.. the figure's body itself was very nicely sculpted and pretty bulky but the head was as way too small for the body... almost like a peanut..
The body has about 20 points of articulation from my count.. but I could be alittle off... mostly the same for most of the hasbro marvel legends..
other than that. I was atleast very happy to have this figure.. it stood out very well to have a new Mark 1/first appearance Iron Man that looks like a real made out of scrap armor.. when you compare the left side to the right side of its body you can notice that nothing is the same detail... which is good giving it the...[See More]
yeah, hasbro''s figures are pretty small, but i think his head looks fine. ''cause if you consider what size the armor is, than what size tony stark would be, i think it evens out. man, i HAVE to get this figure!!!!
thanx! yeah, i''ll have to hunt it down at a toys r us er something, couse the best comic store around my house is REALLY exspensive, so yeah, but thanx!!!
Batman DC Armory (DC Direct) - Basic Series Rated 4.50 stars by wyLun This is my first figure review so bare with me fellaS! I realized I actually get a lot of figures, especially before they even come out in the US.. (I got iron man movie figures arriving next week)... so why not do toy reviews for my fellow customizers!
This is a DC Direct Armory series Batman. Looking at the figure in package is very appetizing.. nice packaging.. the decoration with steel/bolt like decoration to signal hardcore armor. the figure was easy to take out of package, yet was nicely tightly snugged into the plastic casing.
The figure is very nice I must say IMO. I always like the well articulated DC figures, like the DCSH lines. According to my count, this figure has around 17 points of articulation. and tats pretty good for a DC figure I would say. with a cut neck, ball...[See More]
