Heelloo, today I'll be reviewing NECA's Marcus Fenix from the Gears of War/Player Select line... Sculpt: The sculpt is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! His face is PERFECT and looks exactly like the character, with all the right wrinkles and there's even his trademark scar. The armor his incredibly accurate and the pants are also great. The Lancer is great also and is made out of a thick rubber. The Snub Pistol is made out of plastic and looks great also. Paint: The paint is also great and the armor is also amazing looking. There was no paint smudge on my figure and that proves how great NECA is. The lancer has blood splattered all over it. My only problem is the the blood is a bit bright. He came here to kick a$$ and chew bubblegum...but hes all outta gum! Before Master Chief or Marcus Fenix there was (drum roll please) Duke Nukem! Tonight I'll be reviewing ReSaurus Duke Nukem action figure. Sculpting: This figure has a wonderful sculpt. It looks EXACTLY like Duke. The only real problem is the neck, it looks great with the Duke Nukem cover but not so much with the figure. The weapons (as far as I can tell) are very game accurate. Paint: Along with the sculpt the paint is also wonderful looking. And there was no smuge at all with my figure. Its very game accurate too. The weapons are actually drybrushed a silver too! Hello, I'll be reviewing mezco's Hellboy figure from Hellboy 2 the Golden Army. First off I have to say I loved the movie but the figures...well we will get to that in the review. Sculpt: The sculpt of this figure is really really good. His hands have markings and cracked stone sculpted on them. His face looks exactly like the actor. His close have the right amount of wrinkles in the the right place. The head is a little oversized. Paint:Now here is where the bad stuff happens. The paint on his coat is sloppy and sticky. His skin is red. Just red. No highlights. Nothing. The hand holding a sword symbol on his coat and belt are poorly painted and sticky.
