Hulk
Marvel Legends (Toy Biz) - Icons - Series 2
Rated 4.50 stars by TMB
RARRRRRRR....HULK SMASH PUNY PINK MEN!!!!!! The Incredible Hulk is one of my all time favorite character. I have to say this figure in no way disappoints me as a fan. He stands at 12" even, from head to toe. He is massive in stature as The Hulk should be. This Hulk reminds me of "The Rampaging Hulk" It was a series of larger black and white magazines put our in the 70's. In this mag he was Gigantic, and this figure is a great representation of that Hulk. Articulation : Where to start?...as I see it he has 27 POA this is hefty for a figure this size. The paint on this figure is perfect, I found not one flaw on the one I have. The detail right down to his frayed purple pants is great. Even is Fingernails and toenails are cracked and nasty looking. The only real drawback, and what kept me...[See More]

X-Men - 2006 Series (Toy Biz) - Series 3
Rated 3.50 stars by TMB
Xmen series 3 Avalanche. First off this figure stands almost 7" tall, if you count the individual finger movement this figure has 37 poa. The color of his outfit is pretty cool Dark blue with black and copper accents. The strange thing is the rock like helmet, gauntlets, knees and outer thighs. The face on this creep is pretty cool, he looks pretty mad about something (Probably his Shocker-esque vibro-base)Which brings me to his Shocker-esque vibro-base. This thing is strange, he has a huge holes in his feet that fit him onto the base (He'll need em). You wind this thing up and press a button on the base and it vibrates thanks in part to the freeky bristles on the bottom, YES I said bristles, just like you would see sitting on your sink to scrub your nails. It not only vibrates it shoots...[See More]

Bristles!? I''ll never buy a toothbrush again! Or a shower-scribber! ...wait, nevermind
So the base flys around like those robotic vaccum cleaners?
Hydro-Man
Amazing Spider-Man (Toy Biz) - Series 2
Rated 1.00 stars by TMB
This figure in my opinion should be melted down and turned into a smurf. It has to be the worst figure I have ever seen. I picked one up at Walmart on clearance and the only thing I could salvage for a custom was the head (Even thats not that great)I had seen pictures of this figure and thought "Wow that looks awesome." Nope...Crap!! The pic I saw showed him with arms bent out to his side, all your basic poses. I get him and he only moves his arms up and down. His bottom portion pulls apart from the upper torso so that you can put him on his water squirting base, which by the way is also lame as hell. I also made the mistake of picking up "Morbius"...thats another review....[See More]

Don Cherry
McFarlane's Sports Picks - NHL (McFarlane) - NHL Legends - Series 3
Rated 1.00 stars by TMB
This figure is almost as annoying as the man himself. He is wearing a God awful sport jacket and comes with his just as annoying dog Blue. In my humble oppinion this is the worst figure I have ever seen, I mean the only way to make it better would be to chop the head off and turn his thumbs up to a thumbs down. I am a huge Hockey fan which may be the reason for this review and its nature. Don Cherry may be a real nice guy in person...He isn't i've met him....[See More]

Batman
Batman - Hush (DC Direct) - Series 1
Rated 5.00 stars by TMB
"When the mysterious Hush swoops into Gotham City, Batman is forced to cut a swath through his famed Rogues Gallery with the aid of his closest allies in a desperate search for the masked villian's true identity!" I recently purchased the HUSH Batman figure.(After searching and searching...and searching) This figure is the perfect likeness of Jim Lee and Scott Williams vision. From his trademark bat logo to his cowel, cape and boots, this figure is a must have. This figure although it doesn't have a complete range of motion as far as articulation, is perfect for display or play. This figure has 9 points of articulation, The head moves in just about any direction, It has joints in the knees, elbows, shoulders. It has an interchangable hand and a very cool old style base with pegs for...[See More]
