A few years ago DC put out a line of figures that had high tech gear called fractal armor that enabled the heroes to take on such badies as Darkseid and Despero. This line although neat in that it featured some newer additions to the DC figure grouping fell short of hopes and was soon dropped in favor of the JLA line. Even though this line featured much of the same figures just repainted and without the tech gear it was great to have a wider range of figures in its series. Not since the days of Super Powers have there been such a wide selection of DC heoes to choose from. Most of the figures are done in excellent detail and are in fairly decent action poses. The Dark Knight, Caped Crusader, BAtman. for years we have seen many Batman figures come and go and all the while they were merely repaints of earlier figures. Finally some one has made new sculpts and paints and placed on the market one of the best action figure lines ever. This new Mattel line of Batman figures feature more articluation than the Hasbro lines of the past and so far there have been no "repaints", just new figures with each line. there have been some similarities in each. This is one of the first sets of Classic Silver age sets from DC and it features the Ultimate couple of comicdom. superman and his lady love Lois Lane. This pair is awesomely sculpted and the Superman figure comes with interchangable hands for setting up different action poses. lois is holding s writing pad with the immortal question: IS CLARK KENT SUPERMAN ? Another exciting feature is the flying rig to have Superman saving Lois from falling to her doom. Dc has Finally done Justice to one of its key figures in this incarnation of the Man of Steel. This figure is made with multiple points of articulation that make it great to create exciting poses. The look on hids face is enough to deter any villian from crossing his path. He comes packaged with an American Flag to create that immortal pose of him holding the Star Spangled Banner high for the poeple to see. This figure is truly a work of art....[See More]
