Fantastic Four - Movie Reviews
Invisible Woman (Power Blast)
Fantastic Four - Movie (Toy Biz) - Series 1
Rated 5.00 stars by MCollector
Just purchased one,and see how this great figure looks, really close to the face of Jes Alba, much better than the one of Hasbro(which looked better as Black Widow movie version,he he),and really looks half-invisible,whitout loosing appearance of the gloves and the boots of the "complete visible" version. I guess this is the better version, really cool!...[See More]
Thing (Stomp 'N Clober)
Fantastic Four - Movie (Toy Biz) - Series 1
Rated 4.00 stars by Henchmen4Hire
The Movie Thing is 7 inches of orange delight. This is my favorite Thing figure so far, if I can find the one with more poseability (sacrificing the sound effects) I'd have to buy that one too. The sound effects this one makes are addictive like Brawl's from the Leader-class figure from Transformers. Bet you can't stomp just once! The right hand and left foot can be slightly pressed and 2 different noises sound, sounds like crates breaking on the hand and a general WHAM! on the foot. I'm surprised that the articulation at the ankle and hand are NOT sacrificed! Even the boots still turn! But it is sacrificed at the shoulder and hip of those parts, which is worse I think. That's why I'd like the more articulated version as well. The paint on the pants is great, very crisp, the dry-brushing...[See More]
Invisible Woman (Power Blast)
Fantastic Four - Movie (Toy Biz) - Series 1

this is by far my favorite sue storm(nobody liked the marvel legend version and if they do they should be badly hurt!!!), Jessica Alba did a wonderful job in the film, but on to the figure she is quiet well done she has a bit of a problem with a reseeding hair line, and lack of boobs, but other wise is excellent she has moving wrists, hands, elbows, etc...although her feet are a tad strange and to small. she has all the same articulation a marvel legend figurer. Her hair is a tad soft and fairly easy to remove her head is also blue so beware of chipping. She is a little smaller then the marvel legend figures, I think she's about 5.8 inches but I haven't measured to be sure. She came in three different variants fully clear, half clear half normal, and fully normal, I proffer the last...[See More]
Dr. Doom
Fantastic Four - Movie (Toy Biz) - Series 2
Rated 4.00 stars by eminem
First of all I have not given this 4 stars for a joke it is what I really think. This figure stands at 6 inches tall. He wears a long green and what looks like a trench coat. His legs are fully poseable and his knees can bend as well. The only problem is that they don’t look like trouser (which he is supposed to be wearing)they look like metal legs that are very baggy. And for some reason he is wearing two belts. His chest is metal. The best bit about this figure is his right hand which lights up and flashes. He comes with a plastic lightning........ thing which go on his right hand. On the other hand is a fiery missile which can be shot out some distance. His eyes also light up and flash. All in all this is a good figure....[See More]

I passed one up awile ago because I didnt like the costume. Im also a little put off by action features that limit poseability. But if I hadent got the ML Doom I would have snaped it up
Human Torch (Flame-On)

You've gotta love translucent plastic with cool flashing light-up action and sound, and if you don't then there is something seriously wrong with you...like epilepsy. Torchy stands 6 inches tall, and a little taller if you count his hair. Sound familiar? That's because this guy is just a Mr Fantastic re-cast in clear red plastic, he even has the same face for Pete's sake, minus the raised eyebrow. There are some minor modifications that make all the difference though. Since this guy isn't supposed to be able to "stretch" like Richards, the swivel-joints on the arms and legs have been moved back to "normal position" so the shoulders and hips are now standard swivel-hinges. The shoulder-sleeves are also gone, to make room for the batteries in his chest, and are well worth the sacrifice....[See More]

Take a closer look. This is sooo not a Reed Richards recast. (How''s that for some Stan Lee style alliteration.) The leg joints are in different places on the hip/thigh rotators. And the hair is obviously sculpted after Chris Evans'' close cropped buzz cut.

I wish someone would paint the face so we can see the details, I don''t want to ruin mine xP
And I mentioned the joints:

yeah, the body is totally just a re-cast. the joints are different be cause the torch doesn''t have to break up into a bunch of pieces so you can an attatch his extending parts. although the two figures might''ve been from the same series. so i don''t know weather the body was used on the torch first, or mr. fantastic.

Never trust a guy who has a first name as the last and a last name as the first! Reed Richards stands 6 inches tall (a little taller if you count his hair) and wears the nifty and more modern blue/black/grey version of the F4 suit. The "4" symbol on his chest is embossed and neatly painted (remember, paint-quality always varies from figure to figure!). Also there are cool neat little "4" buttons on the boots' cuffs, a nice touch of detail! I like how the black boots/gloves/collar are flat black, they look nice in contrast to the glossier blue plastic of the body. The grey areas also have a matte-finish and are neatly painted for the most part. The only part where they squiggle a little is near the inner-shoulder but it isn't very noticeable. The head-sculpt is amazing. The guy who played...[See More]

His hair isn''t too grey because it wasn''t very grey in the movie. He was just starting to get that distinctive Reed greyness after the mission into space.
