Iron Man Reviews
War Machine Iron Man (Toy Biz) - Series 1 Rated 5.00 stars by necornaut I got this guy earlier in the year and it's about time I do a review for the figure. War Machine in my opinion represents the best of what a 90's figure could be. Between articulation, accessories, sculpt, paint, and action feature war machine is the full package. We'll start on sculpt first, the figure it's self has a nice look to it without the armor added, he has full details on his face as well as his entire body that being said it's nice that the look of the figure doesn't interfere with his articulation. He has the basic 9 POA which is nice for back then. The figure is then added with armor and weapons, which can be switch, mixed, and matched with any of the iron man figures from this line. The armor is a more metallic color, which makes him stand out nicely among the duller figures...[See More]
Spider-Woman Iron Man (Toy Biz) - Series 1 Rated 3.50 stars by Henchmen4Hire Amazingly enough, Spider-Woman was made for Iron Man's line and not Spiderman's. It makes sense, what with Spider-Woman being vice-president of Stark Enterprises and all...
Spider-Woman stands at 4.90ish inches with articulation at the shoulders, knees, and hips. She has long orange-red hair and is dressed in a purple suit with long white gloves, boots, and spider-symbol on her chest and back. The boots and gloves are painted on, which actually looks better on her than sculpted ones. The paintjob on the edges of the white greatly varies from figure to figure. Some have clear, sharp lines while others are hazy or blurred and sometimes streaked. Look carefully before you buy.
Spider-Woman comes with a web-like object she can throw. When her arms are raised they lock up and there is a...[See More]
Iron Man Iron Man (Toy Biz) - Series 1 Rated 4.50 stars by Henchmen4Hire If you are looking for the original Iron Man then this is the one. He was called "Plasma Armor Iron Man" because he comes with shiny red and yellow chromed armor pieces that attach to his forearms, belt, boots, chest/back, and shoulders....and by the way the armor looks NOTHING like plasma but it is still nice. He comes with 2 red chrome weapons too, that fire a spring loaded missle, which can also attach to his armor or he can hold them in his hands. Even if you choose not to put on his armor, he has his traditional red with yellow accents armor painted underneath so he looks just as good. The paint has a subtle shine to it since there are tiny little shiny thingies mixed in the paint, probably to give it a "metallic" sheen which it accomplishes minimally but still satisfies the eye. The...[See More]
