This Pteranodon is basically the sculpt of Jurassic Prk series 2 Quetzaqoatlus,only with a differnt head.Despite the fact that this dinosaur isn't really in the TLW movie,when he makes his appeareance at the last scene he looks preety much with this one.The colours are the same and so does the head.This figure has the traditional "flapping wings" action that almost every jp pteranodon has.The restraint gear is looking alright,absoloutely reminds me the movie.But still this figure's actions are really sensible and the wings can easilly be broken,so you need to be carefoul with that and this reduces its playbility.Furthermore,its big head make it a little bit unrealistic.Although,it is always a beatiful sculpt,not hard to find and generally a great addition to any Jurassic Park collection....[See More]

The Thrasher rex is by far on the best toys made by the Juassic Park francise. This massive dinosaur boasts a 57cm long figure and stands roughly 12cm's from floor to stomach when placed in a neutral position. The sculpt of this rex is no less than beautiful, highly detailed and well proportioned. They have four points of articulation, these being both legs and both arms. A rather interesting feature of the Thrasher is its namesake 'thrashing' action. By gripping the tail of this dinosaur and pulling it from left to right one can make the head 'thrash'. This attack feature was used to break out of the restraint gear provided with the toy. A point also woth mentioning is the 'Snap Jaw' action. This figure is massive at over two feet long it towers over all the other dinosaurs in the toyline. the color scheme is very good not very close to the movie rex but still a very natural color tone. The figure features incredible detail such as the teeth the tounge and even the eyes.this dinosaur has two features including the incredible ability to eat other figures no dinosaur or hunter stands a chance against this towering behemoth. The second feature is its sounds which are straight out of the movie from a bellowing roar to a threatening growl my personal favorite is his chomping sound.another cool feature is the creatures real feel dino skin it really feels like a leathery reptile.the tail bends and the arms can move(but obvioulsly wouldn't be very useful).this dinosaur is a must...[See More]

this is a good toy and I am very happy with it. it can hold up to 2 people 3 if you put one in the back. so thats good it has a cool look. and good paint job. it has a capture net so you can catch dinosaurs on the move. it also has a stun gun to slow down the dinosaurs. you can find it on a website for not to much. around 20 lose or new in box sometimes 50 to 60 dollars. over all a grate toy for play or a must have for a collector....[See More]

The figure's color schemes does not match the movie at all but it does rather perfectly match the color scheme of the Human Hunter in the Lost World: Jurassic Park game for the PlayStation and that is a pretty neat occurrence. With this figure it is possible to reenact the human hunter levels for the game, and in a pretty good way I'd say. This is all in all a good figure. He comes with some great gear and features. He has a rocket launcher, a tranquilizer rifle and a Compsognathus. The Rocket launcher and rifle fit well in his hands and do not needlessly fall out and even better he looks realistic when holding and aiming them. another cool vehicle combo from the JP line.not only is the bike cool but the Dino damge features work fairly well. Carter looks nothing like his movie counterpart but that doesn't bother me in the slightest-because this figure and his weapon are very cool indeed. ok even though this guy looks NOTHING like Peter Stormare I still recommend him.he has an interesing look,great weapons and looks great with any of the Lost World vehicles and other humans-plus the compy feature is kinda cool.my Husky Jake actually ate my compy....so I havent seen that feature for a while! hes an interesting addition and easily had,plus you can never have too many human figures to fill that Command Compound from JP....[See More]

in my opinion THE T-Rex toy made to date.the fact that this toy can actually swallow Human figures just makes it for me.also the "survivor pod"is a great acsessory also the size of this beast is also sometthing to celebrate-its almost 2 feet long folks! add to that its great color scheme and it makes this a must have. availibilty?can be scarce nowadays.....I got mine MISB a couple of years back on a website and there was plenty on there at the time but the last few times I ran searches they weren't as plentiful.online stores will undoubtedly charge over $100 for ol gulpy here......I gota say though if you can get one for a pric you are comfortable with-you won't be sorry. 5 stars easily....[See More]
