Mr-XI was surprised when I saw this action figure due to its sculpt. Unlike the previous SPino, this ones sculpt actually looks pretty good. Don’t get me wrong, its still small it just looks better here then it did before.
This Spino is actually bigger then its previous style. This is mostly due to the fact that it looks like it’s reaching for something above it. Like most other dinos of the series, it comes with two sound effects. The first is its DD on the chest. Of course its camoed to look like a rib bone and it turned out pretty well. When pushed he releases his pained scream. The second button is actually the front section of his fin. When pushed down he lets out a roar and his arms move up and down to simulate slashing. The one downside about his sculpt thhough is the mouth: its stuck...[

Mr-XYet another figure done in by his size. While I can see making the Spino a bit smaller then his movie size, they should have made him bigger. Though his size stinks, it really is his only problem
The Spino is actually pretty good once you get past his size. Like most other dinos, he comes with DD and a roar feature. The DD is again a rib bone in the open wound. When pushed he lets out his pained cry. The roar feature is much like the Raptor, you push a button on his neck in and his mouth opens and releases a roar. This is cool because it allows him to grasp other figures in his jaws.
Color is really close to the movie likeness. His whole body is a dark brown color, like in the movies. His fin is also brown but has blue stripes across it. His claws and nails are the typical black color...[

Mr-XHere was a prime example of something that actually should have been shrunk down but wasn’t. This guy seems too big to me, and that makes him clunky. The Pter comes with the usual dino damage noise and the roaring action. Again the DD is the rib bone in the wound and when pushed he makes his hurt cry. The roar actually comes from his head. When his neck is pushed down, his mouth opens and he lets out a cry. A good feature because it allows I’m to play battle tag with some prey. Another cool thing about him is his leg sculpt His left leg is sculpted in a hooked position which allows him to carry unsuspecting figures away to be devoured.
Paints really...interesting here. His whole body is a dark tan color. Then across his back he has green and dark grey blotches. His DD wound is blood red...[

Pack RaptorJurassic Park III (Hasbro) - Electronic RE-AK A-TAK

Mr-XYet another flawless dino from the JP3 line, guess there were more great figures then I thought.
The Pack Raptor is possibly the greatest JP3 dino in my opinion. Not only does it have a good sculpt, good color and cool features but it’s the right size!!! Anyway onto the review. The raptor comes in a sculpted position that makes him look like he’s stalking prey, he’s hunched down with his tail in the air. He comes with two dino sounds. The first is the dino damage, again the rib bone on the wound. When pushed he does his own dino pain shriek. The other sound comes from a button on his throat. When pushed in he does the classic raptor scream his mouth opens and his arms go up and down.
His color is awesome, even if it isn’t junglish. His whole body is a grey color. From the tip of his...[

Mr-XOne of the great figures that came out of the JP3 lines, one of very few.
The Dilo is of course, bigger then most of the human figures. The odd thing though is the fact that he’s bigger then many of his fellow dinos, even some who were really big and were just shrunk down. This isn’t a really bad thing though, he still looks cool. He is sculpted in an attacking pose, mouth open and the frill out. He comes with two sound features. The first is the dino damage, a ghastly wound which helps hide a button in the form of a rib. When pushed he sends out a pained cry. The other is a lever on his back. When pulled, he lets out a roar and his arms move up and down, pretty cool.
His color is great, he actually looks like a jungle dino. He whole body is a jungle green with the exception of his...[

BrachiosaurusJurassic Park III (Hasbro) - Electronic RE-AK A-TAK

Mr-XThe Brachiosaurus, the long necked creature that once graced the Earth and shook the ground with every step. I can say it was partly made here, only partly.
One thing I will always dislike about the JP3 line is the fact everything’s tiny. They probably did it to save on money but cmon, why to all the good figures? The Brach is no exception, he’s tiny. I mean tiny, the LW figures are more then half his height. Now this would be fine with he was created to look like a hatchling but he wasn’t. His sculpt tells us he was meant to be all grown up. Though, even through all his flaws, he does have some cool features. He comes with a ghastly dino damage wound, looks like he got clawed well. In this wound he also has a button shaped and painted like a rib bone that when pressed causes him to put...[

Raptor AttackJurassic Park III (Hasbro) - Playsets

Mr-XThroughout the rather disappointing JP3 line, fans did get some really cool new stuff. This here, the only actual playset, is one of these things.
While all the human figures were shrunk down, this thing stayed perfect. Ill start off with the extras it comes with before I get to the actual playset.
It comes with two figures, Alan Grant and a Raptor. Grant is basically just a repaint of the basic figure. His shirt is now blue with tan pants. He also retains his movement, neck, shoulders, legs and knees.
The raptor is actually really cool. Its basic sculpt is in an attacking/lunging position. Its paintjob is perfect, a jungle green with brown stripes down its back. he also has yellow eyes and black iris's. He comes with an attack feature. Push down on the head and the head goes down and...[

Billy Brennan & PteranodonJurassic Park III (Hasbro) - Humans

Mr-XThe JP3 line could have come out really good, in had all the makings of a good line. Hasbro decided to ruin it though. All the humans were shrunk down along with the few vehicles so now the new figures didn’t make it much past the waists of the old figures. To many fans and myself, this was a major letdown.
Billy Brennan, Dr. Grant’s student assistant on his digs, comes at about 3 1/2 inches tall ,very short. He looks nothing like his movie counterpart. He comes with two things, a glider and a Pteranodon. Both are ok things, the glider is the right scale and fits onto his back via peg and hole. The Pterdnodon has been sculpted so that its legs can hook around Billy's arm and hold on to him.
Colors are ok. Billy comes wearing a sleeveless grey shirt and blue jeans. Over the grey shirt he...[

El BandelerroThe military diver is awesome. JP 3 is the first JP toyline to make an underwater-themed action figure. He comes with a blue baby spino and underwater missle launcher. The diver wears a black dive suit and yellow kevlar vest. He also wears flippers and breathing apuratus. The baby spino is blue and silver. Cool, creative figure, okay accessories- 4 stars. ...[

Arctic T-RexJurassic Park III (Hasbro) - CamoXtreme Deluxe Dinosaur

El BandelerroI love the camo line of toys. The repaints are awesome. The Arctic Rex is pretty cool. The only problem is, well, the whole thing. An arctic rex? Who was manning the assembly line line that day? The dinosaurs were cold-blooded lizards. Although of the crazy idea, the paint job is pretty cool. He's white with navy stripes down the back and a light blue head with a single orange stripe. The sound feature stayed the same. Despite the insane idea, the repaint is pretty nice, so I give it 3.5 stars....[
