Marvel Legends - Infinite Series Reviews
Spider-Man (Movie)
Marvel Legends - Infinite Series (Hasbro) - Green Goblin Series

While on the continuous mission to sort out all these old toys I need to sell, I realized I never had a Spiderman fig I really liked. All the ones I've had were generic bodies with webbing tampo'd on like a cheap tattoo. The old McFarlane Spidey was alright, but too lanky for my liking. Anyway, while looking up prices I stumbled across this recent Spiderman fig, with the design based on the recent ASM2 movie. In terms of what I like to see in spandex super hero costumes, this design hits a lot of the right notes. The most impressive detail is the stretched-out honeycomb texture on the dark blue parts, it does so much to backflip over the pitfall many other figures in this genre fall into, of looking like painted meat. The weblines ensnaring the red sections are carved "innies" instead...[See More]

I got this and the figs are great I do suggest to take off the shoulder straps on fury it kinda messes with articulation also his collar to on his neck that is a separate piece FYI. Maria hill fig is pretty much the same body as cap 2 black widow and her head is kinda strangely shaped but those few problems are no big deal just some things to warn you of. Great figs other than that. And finally Phil coulson is an awesome figure. if you like movie fig you will like this set....[See More]

Lets lay it all out: Marvel Legends figures are bland uninspired hunks of plastic that are only good as bases for making characters you actually want. I havent been excited for a ML figure since the days when they were all detailed original sculpts. Nowadays theyre the exact same bodies with paint thrown at them with a spoon. Seriously, the quality control is awful, don't give Hasbro your money. They arent fun to review either, but I know it's helpful for customizers to know what kind of parts theyre built with, so here we go. Ms Marvel uses all the "buff chick" parts, beefy thighs, muscular arms with an extra swivel at the upperarm, hips with a good range, and big breasts. She isnt suitable for most female characters, unless you want the beefy proportions of course. The sash is a...[See More]

So with the highly successful movie, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, we would expect to get good figures, right? This series doesn't include just good figures, it has great figures! The Winter Soldier is one of them. Upon removing him from package, the figure comes with 2 accessories. A head with a good sculpt and decent paint, but then there is the gun. Why did they give him this gun?! It looks like a gun you would give the freaking Superhero Squad toys, and why didn't you give him a knife?! I make it sound like a BIG deal, but you could just leave it in the package. The head the figure comes with in the package is phenomenal! The sculpt and paint are AWESOME! Over all, this is a must have Marvel Legends figure!...[See More]

A;right, so I'm a big fan of Carnage, problem is, not a lot of decent figures have been made of this guy, this kind of falls into that category. While Carnage has a decent sculpt, his paint apps are kind fo sloppy, and while his articulation is standard, it gets kind of weird on his claws. You can move his index finger, his thumb, and all the other figures are attached to one joint, it just seemse kind of weird when trying to pose his guy, which is hard to do. You can't pose him in a cool way at all. In fact, the claws have a way of making him a bit heavy as well. While this Carnage figure may be available is a sotre near you, I'd honestly suggest trying to find a better one on a website. This Carnage isn't what a Carnage figure should be, and it's just not that good. It's not terrible,...[See More]
