DAMartinFirst I must ask - why WindMan? (or WindblastMan as the packaging calls him) The other characters released in 5" scale were all key navis at some point of either the games or the anime: GutsMan was a close frenemy, ProtoMan was the aloof "someone better" rival, FireMan (TorchMan) was the first actual enemy in all media, Bass was a main (and powerful) enemy in the games, and MagnetMan was the lead bad Navi for a while in the anime Stream season. But WindMan? Appeared in just one game and one anime episode. One would have expected Roll, Shademan or Slur instead.
Not to say that the figure is bad (it isn't perfect either). The sculpt has a great resemblance to the character, though the clenched fists don't fit him, maybe they'd fit with his classic Mega Man counterpart, which he resembles by...[

Collector1Bass, Forte, whatever you call him, he remains one of Megaman's deadliest foes in every incarnation. This particular version comes from the Battle network series of games, set in an alternate timeline to the Main Megaverse in which Network technology evolved instead of Robotics.
This toy, for the most part, stays true to the games design. A soft rubber cloak that can be fitted around his body as long as you remove the twin yellow spikes on his shoulders.
Bass also comes with an interchangeable buster with a purple Dark Shot. The buster can be put on either arm.
His head is massive with the finned helmet, Bass' trademark. Another feature is a scare that cuts from his left shoulder to his right hip, going through his chest icon on the way.
