Everyone knows you can't have Ren without Stimpy, so here's his better half. Stimpy's box is a lot like Ren's; no slip cover, easy to open and replace everything inside, and bigger than you'd expect from Ultimates. Stimpy gets a red box with all sorts of gunk around the window, I assume this is supposed to represent his ear or something. The packaging definitely fits with the show's gross nature, but its size can make finding a spot for it a little difficult, especially when you already have a ton of figures like me. Standing roughly 6“ tall, Stimpy is a pretty chunky figure, but not a heavy one. His body is mostly hollow, which isn't what you'd expect a figure at a premium price point to be like, but to me, he actually feels pretty nice in-hand. As far I can remember, the first I've heard of Super7 was when I found out they were doing new Ren and Stimpy figures. They caught my eye and I took interest, but I never bothered to pre-order, and ended up missing out. So when Super7 announced last year that they'd be getting a re-release, I was hyped. Now with all the Ninja Turtles, Transformers, and everything else, it fills me with joy to finally add the duo to my collection. Ren's packaging differs from a regular Ultimate figure in two ways. For starters, there's no slip cover; just a plain window box, designed to look like Ren's hideously unhygienic mouth. Secondly, it's huge. It practically dwarfs what most of the TMNT line comes in.
