Hey webheads it's SpideyFigureCollector and today we're reviewing The Super Poseable Spider-Man Figure from the original movie! When we first look at the figure we see that the detailing is pretty great Spidey looks just as he does in Sam Raimi's original Spider-Man movie. So if we go in to articulation it's very good for a 2001 action figure but it does have a few issues for example if you articulate the head upwards it feels like there's some sort of string or rubberband holding the head in place. Same for the arm Spidey's arm can go up and down but really not up too too much because again it feel like there is a string or rubberband. This Spider-Man figure is GREAT! It does have some issues though. For example Spider-Man's mask is rubber which at first doesn't seem all that bad but it is bad. When you take Spidey's mask there is a pretty well sculpted Peter Parker head which does resemble Tobey but if you keep the mask on too long the red rubber of Spider-Man's mask rubs off on the Peter Parker head so it looks like Peter got sunburn! But there is really no need to take the mask off. Now for the articulation and I must say the articulation is pretty good for a 12" figure from 2002! I'm not gonna list the points of articulation but I will say it has over 25 points of articulation. Spidey's suit is cloth with the exceptions of the hands and feet. This Green Goblin is "different" from all the other movie goblin figures, because its "Battle Damaged". Heard that before. But its to just a cheap marketing technique. This figure is actually pretty cool. The damage, combined with a darker green and darker, reflective eyes create a much more gritty and realistic feel for movie Goblin. He comes with his trident, as seen at the end of the movie, as well as a catapulting wall base. His light up eyes are really unique. They are not glow in the dark, but rather light-piped. Well, sort of. You see, the head is cast in a translucent amber plastic. The green is painted on, except on the back. You can't really tell, but its not. Ok today we will be reviewing the super posable spiderman!!! This figure awesome! Cool base! It's like he's swinging a web! Body is like 80% posable! The hands are HORRIBLE!! This figure is good but it sucks in a couple of ways like the rubber objects like the mask (which can rip easily) or the pants when you to fit his legs through rubber pants they start ripping but if if your careful with the toy I suggest you keep it for display...I think instead of rubber objects they should do plastic objects.. But this still is an AWESOME toy it's very rare and cheap (not cheap "price") I own this figure today and everything rubber on it has at least 1 rip - Dr. Snorable...[See More]

This is probably my favorite figure ever!The detail is superb,it looks just like Willem Dafoe did in the goblin suit!The glider for once doesn't fall apart in two seconds and it has these pegs and a holder that makes his feet fit perfect the detail looks like the real thing and it's a beautiful figure the mask looks so real and you can take it off!It is the best figure ever i highly recommend it!Buy this!...[See More]
