A wise man once said "The kids hate clones." actually, Deadpool said that, far from wise, unless you count wise CRACKING. Anyway, I decided to get HML Scarelt Spider for my brother over the summer, and he's kind of....weird. Let me just get right down to it. He's the perfect base figure, he's got the slim body type of Spider-man without the embossed webbing (not counting the head). Basically, he has a pretty standard Spiider-man head, but all the details from the neck down are painted, which is perfect if you need him for a custom. The paint apps themselves are sloppy for the most part, but you can fidn a good figure with good paint, of course I'e come to expect this from Hasbro. Articulation is definitely existant, as is posability, and while there's nothing wrong with him, there's not much good. I and possibly every other Spider-Man fan would've preferred the actual Scarlet Spider, since his last figure and really his only decent one is expensive on an unholy level, on some sites he goes for more than ML6 Deadpool. Overall, unless youu need this guy for a custom, I'd pass on this one.. Sigh (yes I actually say it) at least I can make a great ML scale Spider-Carnage custom right?
