Super Powers (Kenner)Red Tornado was supposedly one of the most popular DC super heroes in the mid-'80's, but I don't recall seeing him, hearing of him in the stores, or owned by kids in school. But, just the same, the figure did become a favorite of mine! Yes, this would've been one I would've liked if I would have found it! The art work on the card and the spinning action was pretty cool, too! I bought a C-9 loose/complete figure from Zapp! Comics for around $34.00 in 2001. Red Tornado really should've been on the Super Powers cartoons. A C-8/9 carded figure runs between $65.00 to $86.00. A C-8/9 loose/complete figure runs between $29.00 to $40.00.
