Star Wars - 30th Anniversary Collection (Hasbro)Darth Vader the very name is iconic.Vader is the most iconic villain in cinema history and will be for the rest of time from his samurai like helmet to his chilling voice these and other attributes combined with his character make Vader a favourite among fans of course with Vader's appeal over the years he has had alot of merchandise and what seems countless figures in the dark lord of the sith.This version of Darth is based on his appearance from a new hope there are subtle differences in his suit when compared with his suit from the other movies and this figure captures those differences perfectly his tunic goes over his shoulders and his control panel's vary in colour.The figures sculpt is spectacular with sculpted detail in his suit helmet and gloves (which look are a different sculpt to other figure)another interesting thing to note too is he has a removable helmet of course he never removed his helmet fully until return of the jedi while many people don't like the head sculpt i do the paint aps and detail are very decent too.Another thing this figure pulls off flawlessly is the soft goods both his lower tunic and cloak are material allowing full mobility to put him in poses the material itself is top of the range and doesn't feel cheap.Another real plus is that he has full articulation so he be put in pretty much every pose.As for accessories he includes his lightsaber and the cooler accessory is a stand which is sculpted as Obi Wans robes they even sculpted his lightsaber handle in there too!So when reviewing each element of this figure i cant find any flaws so overall i have no choice but to give this spectacular work of art 5 stars just as many other collectors would im highly recommending this figure!  by crazyman66 |
