Amazing Androids (DC Direct)Name: TOMORROW WOMAN Series: JLA, Amazing Androids Company: DC Direct, 2000 UPC Barcode: 761941225173 Overview: Created to destroy the JLA from within, Tomorrow Woman stands 6 inches tall. She has articulation at the shoulders, elbow, hips, and ankles (?), total of 8 points. The Good: Really nice sculpt and paint job taken right from the comics, including her star-shaped "beauty mark" and the earrings, even that peek-a-boo skirt. She just _looks_ like she can take on anybody, good large-boned and muscular body without sacrificing her femininity. Also leads to a nice solid figure. The Bad: Cape is not removable. Even superheroes go casual sometimes. Tomorrow Woman's feet are so close together a feather could knock her over! She stands pretty easily, but combine the close-in feet with those articulated ankles and this lady is a tip-over waiting to happen. The Ugly: Hey, DC, ever hear of accessories??? A figure stand would be helpful, or how about something cheap and simple, like a small painted plastic square that you can call a JLA Communicator??? Last Shot: Well done figure, she deserves a better pose with her legs though. Related Figures: Lots listed on the back of the card. The other JLA Amazing Androids are Hourman and Amazo --- hey, where's Red Tornado??? You also have Starfire, Kid Flash, Black Canary, Green Lantern, Green Arrow, Wonder Woman, Starman, Zatanna, The Spectre, Dr. Fate, and "coming soon" Mr. Miracle Deluxe (MM and Barda) and Shazam Deluxe (Shazam and Billy Batson).
