Haradrim Archer Lord of the Rings - Return of the King (Toy Biz)When it comes to Human figures the more articulated newer ones seem to either be great or weird. I always felt this figure a bit too marvel like in style but he was made by Toybiz so there’s your answer but yeah couldn’t put my finger on it as a kid. I’m no a fan of this figures articulation. It may be super poseable but whilst it has loads of detail and a wooden sword, bow and arrows he fails at holding anything to the point where I ended up just gluing the bow in his hand, which I’m usually against doing but even heat or gluing the hand so it has a firm grip didn’t work so I was left no choice. I think it’s cool to have a load of harassing archers, I have 4 or 5 myself and would love to make a mumakil or at least the tower to a smaller more realistic scale but still something interesting enough. The figure is articulated and nicely detailed I just have my issues with its lack of being able to hold anything making it a pain to pose. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
