Write a Review link for that item. Lord of the Rings - Fellowship of the Ring (Toy Biz)So this is where the infamous worst aragorn ever found in the fellowship packs comes from. This is possibly the worst figure from the lotr collection. The head is garbage in detail, design and paint apps, the articulation is below average, the sword is pathetically short and he action feature is ridiculous. This figure has an action feature whereby if you place he sword in his hand and squeeze his legs he slashes all over the place like a drunk trying to swat flies. You can also place the sword partially in the sheath and have him draw the sword if it works. His articulation is a swivel head, left arm with a single joint and swivel shoulder and right arm with the same but also a swivel wrist and upper arm rotation because of the feature. His waist swivels and his legs move foreard and backward as well as his single jointed knees and feet. he also comes with the broken sword Narsil, his oilskin hood and cloak and a torch which has a nice translucent plastic. The only reason I bought this was for completionists reasons and to get certain accessories like the torch, but one decent thing is the material the coat is made from which is worth taking off and giving to a super poseable strider to replace the awful rubbery one he has. Overall not a great figure but of course the first attempt.   by Deaditor |
