Chronicles of Narnia - Prince Caspian (Jakks Pacific)All right, time for another happy fun time review which I started writting at 11:07 Central Time! No, I'm not an insomniac, why do you ask?

Some backstory on Acid Storm. Acid Storm first appeared, unnamed, along side the three other Rainmakers, who were also unnamed, in the episode "Divide and Conquer" under the command of Shockwave on Cybertron. He was promtly beaten to a pulp by the Autobots. The Hyperion3 weapons are a shout out to big name fan, Monzo aka Matthew Karpowich and his bio is partially based on him as well as he is one of the formost archivers of Transformers lore on the web.

Acid Storm uses the same mold as the previous four Seeker toys and it shows a little. Some of the detail is no longer as crisp as it was on the earlier figures (Starscream, Skywarp, Dirge, Thundercracker, Ramjet and Thrust) and the chest doesn't close up as tightly as before, but this is not something that is very detrimental to the toy as a whole.

Acid Storm transforms into a hybrid F-15 Eagle and F-14 Tomcat like Starscream and the other three original Seekers and has a dark green and brown camo paint job, unlike his original soul burning shade of lime-green from the show.

Transformation is a little tricky, but with practice, it will become second nature. First, remove his "Hyperion3" blasters and stash them somewhere you won't loose them. Next, flip the wings over and forward to that the two little orange nubs on the ends of his wings are pointing backwards.

Then, lift up on the nose cone which will make the whole middle lift up with it and pop down the nose cone from just behind the cockpit and swivel it around so the nose is pointing backwards. Unfold the nose so that the very front of the windsheild seperats from the main cockpit and reveal the head, and pull down on it so that it is fully extended behind the head, facing down.

Push down on the head and cockpit section so that it sinks down into the body and rests snuggly in it. Pull out the two pieces that from the head and cockpit to reveal the arms and finally close the chest up like it was prior to raising it. Looking on the inside of the arms, you'll find his hands. Unfold them using the two small raised area's. You may have to be a little aggressive with it.

Grab the tail end of the jet mode and pull down to reveal his upper legs. Pull the apart and flip up the two side tail fins on to the main tail fins then filp them both up so that they are nice and verticle with the Decepticon symbol rightside up. Unfold the feet from his shins and reattach the missle launcher to the upper part of his arm and viola, Acid Storm is ready to fight!

Over all, Acid Storm gets four and a half stars out of five.
